The traditional company pronorm, founded in 1972, is based in Vlotho; East Westphalia and is a manufacturer of individually planned, modern and design-oriented kitchens in the middle to luxury segment and employs about 350 people. In addition to Germany, pronorm is successful in the markets of Benelux, Austria, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe and Asia.

At a time when sustainability and climate protection are key issues, pronorm joined the "Furniture Industry Climate Pact" in July 2021. This responsibility to our world and future generations motivates us to act sustainably.
As a climate-neutral company, we are constantly investing in environmental projects. From the introduction of electric forklifts and LED lighting to the installation of a photovoltaic system with powerful solar panels on our production building - we are implementing measures that save about 120 tons of CO2 per year.

Other projects, including an energy-efficient exhaust system and a new chip combustion system, make pronorm independent of gas and fuel oil. Insulation measures, frequency-controlled drive technologies and many other concepts demonstrate our ongoing commitment to a climate-neutral future. For us, regional procurement makes sense not only economically, but also ecologically. We source materials from regional suppliers and rely on reusable packaging. Our employees benefit from job bicycle leasing and career prospects through training and employment.
