berbel expands board of directors with Vera Beerboom and Jens Göcke

berbel, the specialist in extraction systems, proclaims expansion of management. 

With the appointment of Vera Beerboom and Jens Göcke the company is taking further steps as part of its strategic realignment. The decision follows the appointment of Dr. Patrick Jung as interim CEO in August of last year. Since then, Dr. Jung has taken significant steps to restructure the company and prepare it for economic challenges. Andreas Wolfsholz, which since January 2020 CFO is at berbel, continues to be responsible for the company's financial affairs. With his extensive knowledge in financial management and controlling, he plays a key role in consolidating berbel's financial stability and supporting future growth.

"We are in a time of rapid change, in which it is critical to remain flexible and adapt to new requirements," explained Dr. Patrick Jung. "Our expansion of management is focused on strengthening our competitive position and successfully positioning the company in a dynamic market,
also in the long run".

Vera Beerboom, who has been in charge of the company's HR department since October 2019, will now be responsible as a board member for strengthening staff engagement and employee development at berbel. She will use her many years of experience and in-depth knowledge in a targeted way to promote the corporate culture and make optimal use of the employees' potential.

Jens Göcke, head of Production since July 2021, will be responsible for the division Supply Chain Management. In his new role, he will further improve the efficiency and capacity of supply chains to ensure reliable delivery to customers.
