A visit to Tieleman Keukens is not just any visit. You find yourself in a vibrant environment that looks completely different from an "ordinary" kitchen showroom. It starts when you step inside where you don't immediately find yourself in the first kitchen on display but rather in a hotel lobby as it were, complete with reception desk and friendly lady who gives you a warm welcome. The slogan "Welcome Home" on the door is immediately put into action.

From village carpenter to kitchen center; a close-knit and independent family business for 60 years

Cozy, fun, distinctive. In our inspired conversation with Peter Tieleman, third-generation director of Tieleman Keukens, these words recur quite frequently. Admittedly, to visit the showroom in Middelharnis you have to take your time. After all, no fewer than 60 kitchens are on display here. In every possible style, size and for every budget. "We have given it its own verb," laughs Peter. "Here you don't come to look at kitchens, here you come for a day of Tielemans. We built, in collaboration with our close-knit family team, a showroom here that has no equal, complete with a restaurant and opportunity for the kids to relax. While parents shop the kitchen, the kids play on the Playstations or watch a movie in our fully equipped movie theater. Afterwards, a bite to eat in our restaurant and who knows, there may be some time for a tourist visit here on the island. A day at Tielemans, a feast for young and old alike."

Customer is king

Peter: "Of course we advise our customers with pleasure and enthusiasm using the many kitchens on display. The many styles follow one another and in our three unique inspiration rooms we explain everything in detail about the possible materials and colors that can be applied. Our Water Street explains everything about the possible faucets. Inspiration continues in the large sample rooms where the samples themselves are also larger than what customers get to see in many other showrooms. No surprises for our customers this way, after all, the customer is king. Our LivingWall, where we can present the kitchen as if you were standing in it, creates a wow moment every time and gives an overview. The showroom is also constantly evolving; recently our restaurant was completely renovated, in the process we will place at least 12 new showroom models this year according to the latest trends."

Own assembly service

"Assembly and service is performed at Tieleman Kitchens by our own professionals. Installing a kitchen is a very precise job for which we have a team of exclusively self-trained fitters. Craftsmen who work in a very customer-oriented manner and are passionate about their work. Our own assembly and service department ultimately makes the party complete!" concludes Peter.
