AEG proudly presented its revamped showroom at Kitchen Center Löhne during the past Küchenmeile. This renewal focused additional attention on innovative kitchen appliances, including the new series of ovens that use AI-optimized cooking technology.

This intuitive touchscreen makes it easy to manage oven settings, from choosing the perfect temperature to setting the right baking or grilling mode. The user-friendly interface allows both novice cooks and experienced chefs to effortlessly navigate and experiment with different recipes. It is a kind of customization that this oven line can offer. Those who want help with cooking can get it. Conversely, those who want more freedoms can take them. Exactly what is loved in today's kitchen industry.

One notable feature is the "AI Taste Assist. This innovative technology helps users make the best use of their oven when trying out new recipes. By sending a recipe to the oven, AI automatically analyzes important aspects such as cooking time, temperature and type of ingredient, and chooses the optimal cooking settings. This prevents food waste and minimizes the risk of failed dishes.

Sustainability has been at the forefront at AEG for a long time, and so has AEG's new oven range. Research shows that 77% of consumers have tried to save energy in the past year. Therefore, the new ovens are designed to achieve this while preserving nutrients. Models in the AEG EcoLine have the highest energy efficiency, such as A++. Cooking with steam at low temperatures saves up to 20% energy, while steam cleaning mode 95% is more economical than traditional pyrolytic cleaning. AEG thinks healthy eating is very important, but would rather not sacrifice taste. The new AEG ovens, with features such as steam cooking, sous-vide and combined cooking methods, guarantee tasty results and help reduce food waste. In addition, thanks to a new design philosophy, the design is striking yet understated.

Dennis Fakkert, KRT sales manager at Electrolux Home Products explains: "Available in matte and gloss black, the ovens feature sophisticated glass finishes, metal handles and steel accents. The new ovens act as a personal guide to creating quality dishes effortlessly, while helping users save energy."

In addition to ovens, AEG also offers updated cooktops and range hoods. The SmartCook touchscreen on the induction cooktop makes cooking easier and more intuitive. The 9000 SensePro induction cooktop accurately measures the core temperature of dishes, ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection.

The new wall-mounted hoods are equipped with AuroraTech lighting, which automatically adjusts the color and intensity of the lighting according to the time of day. Says Dennis, "This creates the perfect kitchen atmosphere and increases comfort while cooking. SilenceTech technology minimizes noise levels while effectively removing cooking odors and fumes."

For AEG, this must have been a fine exhibition year. Surely converting the showroom in Löhne shakes up all visitors again, and when you do this and there are plenty of novelties to admire, it probably impresses retail even more.
