Austrian Kaindl's ambition is to imitate nature as closely as possible with its board material. Maiburg is the exclusive distributor of the brand in the Netherlands. Frank van Boxtel, marketer at Maiburg commented, "Whether it is wood, stone or metal; Kaindl succeeds in imitating these materials the best."
The great passion for wood has been the driving force behind Kaindl's innovative ideas and countless products since 1897. Originally a sawmill, the company quickly developed into a major player in the wood processing industry. Kaindl supplies an extensive range of decorative board material, veneered board material and (matching) laminate flooring.
"We have a number of brands in our lineup that partially overlap, but each fulfills a different need," says
Van Boxtel. "Kaindl is distinguished by its unique Natural Touch synchronized decors, where the texture runs flush with the décor. This creates an ultra realistic image. Thanks to the very favorable price, this manufacturer's sheet material is a counterpart to all the more expensive designer brands." As of this year, Maiburg keeps more decors from Kaindl in stock than ever. "Previously, we chose from the collection first the designs we saw the most potential in. Now we go full brand and keep the entire collection in stock."
The Kaindl Decor Spectrum features a wide range of colors, decors and authentic surface textures. Every four years, the company introduces a comprehensive new collection, which receives a smaller interim update every two years. "The current Kaindl BOARDS Collection is full of new trends. The design team in Salzburg constantly follows the latest interior design trends. From these trends Kaindl presents five BOARDS product collections; COLORline, ARTline, REALwood, WOODline and WORKtops. These five series are inspired by nature and combine unique decors with matching textures, approximating the character of the original materials."
The sheet material is also particularly suitable for kitchen construction, according to Van Boxtel. "We see a lot of potential in this, because this is a sector in which people are looking for beautiful material with an authentic look and feel, without the high price of solid wood or metal, for example."
Whether a high-quality furniture front or a worktop: Kaindl boards have convincingly authentic surface textures and creative decors. The decors are also largely available as combinations. Then the same decor is available for both HPL and laminated board and ABS edging.
Maiburg offers a wide collection of veneered board material. In addition to Kaindl, also from the Finsa brand. The majority consists of European oak and walnut veneers. "The collection shows oak in all its facets, from classic flame to raw, rustic and solid-looking. The advantages of veneered board material, besides its good workability, are the many different looks one can create. From a stylish room with oak quarter-ply, to as rough and rugged an image as possible. With our collection, there is a suitable veneer available for almost any project or design."
