Watching coffee grounds

Coffee-gazing is an age-old tradition and an expression that is quite well established in the Dutch language. Originally, it literally means predicting the future by looking into the goo of a cup of drawn coffee. Nowadays, the saying is used to mean that someone often does not yet know what the future will bring. And yet every issue of Keukenbouw, we ask if anyone would like to give their take on the future, in the Vision 2030 section.
